Absolute CROOKS. On September 17 I went in and moved over to my fiancé’s family because my phones screen cracked and was completely broken. The sales woman was SO excited to make a sale on us and told us it was going to be SOOOOO easy to cancel my old phone number and account after I switch over to the family plan. What they didn’t tell me is that every time I call, I would get shutdown and told to kick rocks because I couldn’t acquire a temporary passcode which would only be sent to my old phone (the one with the broken screen) I don’t understand how hard basic customer service is. Seems like an amateur operation over there. I didn’t use the service from September to October because I had a new (That I bought from T-Mobile) so not only will that not honor it they told me that I have to pay or it gets sent to collections. So let’s count their lies
1. How easy the sales woman said it would be to cancel
2. They can’t cancel in store and they can’t talk to the customer care reps
3. Who ever is in charge of security in the cybersecurity over a T-Mobile should be nominated for the biggest idiot and oversight award for not being able to access an account that was yours.

Worst customer service. I don’t know what else to do but write several bad reviews. I’m trying to cancel my plan and I’ve been transferred several times then hung up on. (Over 2 hrs on hold) they can’t help me because it’s a business plan. That I will be charged for a full month when the cycle started 2 days ago and they can see there has been no activity on the 4 line. Never again. Do no sign up for T-mobile business worst if it’s a 3rd party signing you up! Best thing I’ve done is to switch to Verizon!
Genevi was really helpful in assisting me with the remaining task of transfer from old iphone to new. Really nice and took the time to explain everything, including not only the info I needed with transferring to new iphone, but with info to aid in the next time I get a new iPhone. This is the smaller store upstairs, but their customer service was #1. Thanks, for helping to make the last frustrating step go easily with no snafus. Even my service dog, Irish, thought the customer service was something to smile about!
I came to this location after having terrible experiences at the sw military drive location. This location inside North Star mall has been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had related to T-Mobile. The staff there were friendly and greeted me and helped me right away as soon as I stepped into the store. I was helped by David and I told him about my experiences at the other stores and he was very apologetic and also explained that those other locations should have helped me so that I wouldn’t have to drive all the way over here. Needless to say David helped me get a new phone and activated it for me and everything about the experience was wonderful and very fast and efficient
Dwayne at the location next to the food court is great! He made my visit there really short and easy with starting a new line and providing me with all the information I needed and was happy to answer any questions I had. I appreciate his help a lot!
Kevin in downstairs location was a great help and really knowledgeable. I can't say enough about this young man but excellent service, excellent advise, excellent knowledge for ppl who doesn't know tech. I feel he needs to be promoted and teach a whole store as he did with me

Worst customer service I ever received. I took my phone to this store because it had a green line on the screen. I had insurance on the phone and needed assistance in filing a claim to get my issued resolved . The phone had to be seen by a T-Mobile store in order to determine if failure was caused by owner or if the phone just failed on its own .
The store clerk at T-Mobile at Northstar Mall told me I had to call T-Mobile customer service to resolve my issue . He didn’t even look at my phone.
I called T-Mobile customer service 611, they apologized for what I went through, they sent me to a T-Mobile store near my Northstar Mall. The technician was very helpful and helped me file my claim and my new replacement phone will be delivered in 2 to 4 days .
Why couldn’t the other store help me in the same manner.
